Being an artist is hard, and sometimes it’s difficult to work out what to do when you’re faced with a difficult project, loss of confidence or rejection.
Creative people come to me to work out the best way to achieve their dreams, and to make plans for positive change. As an artist myself, I understand the hardship and particular challenges of a creative life, and I am skilled at listening carefully and asking insightful questions.
Coaching is a fantastic opportunity to clear your mind and talk with someone neutral about your issues. A coach is there to ask you questions you might not have thought about, and to give regular goals.

Therapy is about improving your mental health, and it tends to involve a lot of focus on the past. My work focuses on creating a better future, setting goals and giving yourself the means to achieve them.
Coaching is not a replacement for professional psychological help. If you believe you are suffering from mental health issues, you should speak to your doctor.
I use Skype for all my calls. I give you a day and a time, and I call you when you are ready. You have the option of video call or audio only, whatever makes you the most comfortable.
